Am 18.12.2012 veranstaltet die Klasse der Sportassistenten 3411 des OSZ 2 Potsdam einen Gesundheitstag für die Klassen der Versicherungskaufleute im ersten Ausbildungsjahr .
Der Inhalt wird ein Stationsbetrieb, mit sechs interaktiven Stationen rund um das Thema Gesundheitsprävention sein.
Ernährung und diverse sportliche Betätigungen spielen an diesem Tag die Hauptrolle.
Von allgemeiner Gesundheit bis zur Rückenschule über Übungen mit dem Pezziball , Tanzen und Yoga wird eine Vielzahl von gesundheitsbezogenen Informationen und sportlichen Betätigungen geboten .
Sechs Schüler der 3411 werden euch an den einzelnen Stationen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen .
Sie werden Euch einen Überblick darüber verschaffen was der Begriff Gesundheit alles beinhaltet und wie man mit einfachen Übungen und guter Ernährung einen fühlbar gesünderen Lebensstil entwickeln kann.

Die Klasse 3411 freut sich euch.
On 18th December 2012 the class 3411 of the OSZ II organize a health day for the classes 2021 and 2022.
The topics will be six interactive stations all around health prevention.
Nutrition but also sport activities play a major role at this day.
The health of the back, exercises with a fitness ball, yoga, dancing and a lot of information’s about a healthy lifestyle will be offered.
Six students of 3411 will guide the students through the stations and answer questions.
The students will learn what general health really means and the boys and girls from the 3411 will show them how to develop a healthy lifestyle with some easy exercises.
